We are again excited to be offering the opportunity for girls entering the 6th-8th grades to learn fundamental skills needed to play field hockey. While we will be scheduling games during the fall season, the primary focus will be on learning the game and developing skills.
This opportunity is open to girls who attend local catholic schools and/or are active members of a local catholic parish.
PRACTICE & GAMES:
Due to the limited number of teams in the area, away games will be played during the week as well as on the weekends and may involve driving to Oxford, Dayton or Columbus(weekends only). The game schedule is still being worked out but if we travel to Columbus it will likely be for a play day format or to have multiple games at one location. Practice will run from August to October and be held twice a week locally.
Players will be able to borrow sticks to play but will need shin guards, and a mouth guard. Please reach out with any questions about equipment.
We are looking for parents and/or coaches to help with both teams. Please contact Mike Ward (email@example.com) with interest/questions.

Girls Volleyball is open to Incoming 3rd-8th graders. Evaluations will be May 10th and May 11th at OLSH. 6th through 8th needs to attend at least 1 evaluation if they are trying out for the A team.

The team is designed for kids who have actively played through the summer and have knowledge of the rules and etiquette of the game. Prior golf experience is strongly encouraged.
Kids will be placed in league matches against other participating Cincinnati Middle School Golf League Schools and/or intra-squad matches [only All Saints golfers]. Matches will be assigned based on your child’s skill level which will be determined during a tryout evaluation. Matches are weekly and will take place after school.
Parent volunteers will be needed to help supervise some matches during the season as well as transportation to/from the matches.
Our season will start Mid-August with a parent-coach meeting and 1 day of tryout evaluations to determine skill set of each golfer. Matches and intra-squads will begin the week of August 16, 2021. The season will end Mid-October.
Matches will be played at Little Miami, The Mill Course and Meadowlinks.
